Roasted garlic. it’s a thing of the angels. A good staple to have on hand if you need it, and can function as a wonderful spread. Also, smells fucking fantastic while it’s cooking. Trust me when I say that you need this in your life.
Makes however many heads of garlic you roast
- head of garlic
- olive oil
Chop the top of teh head of garlic off, put in your baking dish, and drizzle with olive oil. Roast at 400 (375 for my special old man of an oven) for appx 35 mins, or until your garlic looks like pic 2. And then, use however, or in whatever you want! (Mine will actually be appearing in at least two more dishes tonight!
