So, just attempted to soft boil eggs for ajitama (soy sauce soaked eggs) for the first time; did the 1T vinegar in the boiling water method, and six of eight eggs came out (even if one of their yolks was barely intact!).  Not half bad, I’d say.

Also, made another recipe today, but I’m honestly not sure if it turned out, so I probably won’t post that today.  If it did turn out, great, I’ll make it another time and make a post, but if it didn’t, I’ll probably try to dissect where it went wrong.
